4. Service Availability

You agree to indemnify and hold Affility harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for breach of terms or non-payment.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which services are provided. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
