An affiliate channel that elevates your brand.
Never cheapens it.
Senior-led affiliate marketing for fashion, cosmetics, ticketing and furniture brands. Editorial coverage in Vogue, Architectural Digest and Elle Decor — not a race to the bottom on voucher sites.
Coverage your customers actually read

Luxury has an affiliate problem. We built the solution.
Most affiliate programmes are built for volume retail: voucher codes, cashback, race-to-the-bottom discounting. For a luxury brand, that's not a growth channel — it's brand erosion with a tracking link. We transform affiliate programmes from cost centres into strategic brand assets.

Editorial-first partnerships that reinforce your positioning
Junior agency teams who don't understand luxury customers

Premium expertise across four luxury verticals
Whatever you sell — a £200 pair of shoes or a £20,000 hospitality box — the principle is the same: reach discerning customers through voices they already trust.
Fashion & Footwear
Heritage and premium labels. We rebuilt Rieker's UK programme into +46% year-on-year growth after a zero-loss network migration.
Beauty & Cosmetics
Editorial beauty coverage with Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire and Good Housekeeping — credibility-first placements that protect premium pricing.
Ticketing & Experiences
VIP hospitality and premium experiences. We took Seat Unique from zero to seven-figure monthly tracked sales within five months of launch.
Furniture & Interiors
Luxury design brands. House of Hackney reached 19.5x ROAS through Vogue Living, Architectural Digest and Elle Decor partnerships.
Luxury interiors,
elevated — not discounted
House of Hackney — Britain's premier luxury wallpaper and textile brand — needed growth without compromising the brand equity behind its maximalist designs. We replaced voucher reliance with premium editorial: Vogue Living, Architectural Digest, Elle Decor and 35+ hand-picked publishers across the UK and US.

Premium Editorial Programme
Premium ticketing,
from zero to seven-figure months
Seat Unique sells official VIP hospitality and premium experiences — Wimbledon suites, BST Hyde Park terraces, premium matchday boxes. No affiliate programme existed. We built one from scratch: strategy, integration, and a partner network of trusted editorial and events publishers including Radio Times, Reach PLC, Bandsintown and Songkick.
Five months after launch, the programme passed seven figures in monthly tracked sales — at a £645 average order value and a 30x return on commission, proof that affiliate works for high-ticket, premium inventory.

Switching networks
without losing a penny
Rieker, the heritage footwear brand, came to us with a programme in steep decline: under the previous network and agency setup, affiliate revenue had more than halved year-on-year, run on autopilot by set-and-forget partners.
We migrated the entire programme to a new network with no loss of revenue during the switch — the first full month on the new network outperformed the same month a year earlier. We then rebuilt the partner mix around loyalty communities, comparison shopping and an editorial pipeline. Twelve months of decline became 46% growth, with cost per sale at a twelve-month low.
Revenue trend, January–April of each year+46% YoY
Like-for-like January–April affiliate revenue. 2024–25 under the previous network; 2026 after Affility's migration and partner-mix rebuild. The trend is still climbing — May 2026 hit a six-month efficiency high.

What luxury brands ask us first
Only if the programme is built that way. Our luxury programmes are editorial-first: premium publications, hand-picked placements, pre-approved copy and imagery, and exclusion of discount-code environments where they're misaligned. Where promotional partners do make sense — closed loyalty communities, for example — they're used deliberately and on your terms, never as the engine of the programme.
Yes — we've done it. When we migrated Rieker's programme to a new network, performance during the migration matched the previous year, and the first month fully tracked on the new network outperformed the same month a year earlier. The key is sequencing: top revenue-driving partners move first, underperformers are left behind, and the new partner mix is rebuilt around your goals rather than carried over by default.
Seat Unique's average order through our programme is £645 — VIP hospitality packages, not impulse buys. The programme reached seven figures in monthly tracked sales within five months of launching from zero, driven by trusted editorial and events publishers. High consideration purchases need trusted voices, which is exactly what a well-built affiliate channel provides.
Most clients see initial traction within 3–6 months. House of Hackney reached 19.5x ROAS in six months; Seat Unique passed seven figures in monthly tracked sales in five. During your free session we'll give you realistic projections for your vertical and price point — not a templated promise.
